Young and Beautiful Aesthetics was co-founded 8 years ago by two registered nurses, Kate Young and Melanie Taylor. We both have more than 15 years of advanced nursing practice within the National Health Service (NHS) and the private sector and we both still practice as qualified nurses, Kate runs a migraine clinic in the NHS and Mel does ad hoc shifts in the NHS, we both like to keep up to date with our nursing skills.

We regularly attend aesthetic procedure training courses in order to ensure our knowledge is up to date and the safest techniques are applied to your treatment. Both Kate and Mel are members of Aesthetic Complications Expert (ACE) group and have professional indemnity insurance.
